Upon Arrival, I Met With Jamie, Who Reported That His 1st Floor AC Condenser Was Not Turning On. I Located The Condenser Outside And Inspected The Unit. I Found No Power Going To The Contactor, So I Checked The Disconnect Switch And Found It In The Off Position. After Switching It Back On, The Unit Powered Up Successfully. I Discussed With Jamie The Benefits Of Our Maintenance Agreement Plan, And He Decided To Join. I Then Performed Maintenance On Both AC Units According To Our Checklist.
