Upon Arrival I Met With Edward And Show Me The Furnace Downstairs And The Thermostat While Daniel Was Working On The Outside Unit. We Both Commence The Maintenance On The Units. We Inform Him That He Had An Air Flow Issue And It’s Not Contributing Enough Cold Air. The Unit Is A Heat Pump. I Informed That His Membership Had Expired.
