Upon Arrival, I Had The Pleasure Of Meeting Grace, Who Kindly Guided Me Through The Thermostat, Furnace, And Condensers. Commencing With The AC Maintenance As Outlined In Our Checklist, I Meticulously Inspected The Condenser. During This Inspection, I Identified A Dual-run Capacitor That Failed To Meet Manufacturer Specifications On Both The Compressor And Fan Sides, As Well As A High Resistance Reading On The Actuator. After A Thorough Discussion With The Homeowner Regarding These Issues And Proposing A Viable Solution, They Granted Approval For The Replacement Of Both The Capacitor And Actuator. After Repairs Were Done I Cycled The Unit To Verify Proper Operation With The New Components, Affirming That The Unit Is Currently Functioning Optimally.

Upon Arrival, I Was Warmly Greeted By Erika, Who Kindly Guided Me To The Thermostats, Furnaces, And Condensers. Erika Brought To My Attention That The Filter On The 2nd Floor Was Becoming Dirty Unusually Quickly. Starting With The Maintenance On The 2nd Floor, I Inspected The Furnace And Observed Dusty Ducts, Prompting Me To Recommend The Installation Of 2 Reme Halo LED Units To Mitigate Dust Accumulation—one For Each Floor. Moving On To The Furnace On The 1st Floor, I Conducted A Thorough Inspection. Finally, I Proceeded Outside To Perform The Condenser Maintenance, Ensuring Both Coils Were Meticulously Cleaned For Optimal Performance.

The 5-2-1 Compressor Saver® Protects These Components By Significantly Reducing The Amount Of Time It Takes For Your Compressor To Start – In Some Cases Up To 50%. This Means Your Air Conditioner And Compressor Will Bear – The Stress, Strain And Heat Each And Every Time It Starts. Considering That Your Air Conditioner May Start Up More Than 6,000 Times In A Single Cooling Season, The Positive Impact That The 5-2-1 Compressor Saver Has On Your Air Conditioner Is Significant.
