Switches Are Good, Flame Sensor Dirty & Burner Assembly Dirty In Both Furnaces. Cleaned Up Motor Housing, Flame Sensor, Burner Assembly & Interior Of The Furnace. Also Offered Humidifier Maintenance And Homeowner Accepted. The Humidifier In Good Operation & Did A Check-up On Both Rent Halo Lights & They’re Both In Good Operation.

2nd-floor Furnace- Pre-clean-up Start-up Operations Are Good. The Interior Of The Furnace Has Rust, The Vent Motor Is Working A Bit On Amps, Blower Motor Amp Work Rate Is Good. Cleaned Up Motors Housing, The Interior Of The Furnace, Burner Assembly, Flame Sensor. Post-clean-up Start-up Operations Are Good.
1st-floor Furnace- Pre-clean-up Start-up Operations Are Good. Rusting Inside Furnace& Outside. Motors Are Working In A Good Operation Amp Range. Cleaned Up Motors Housing, The Interior Of The Furnace, Burner Assembly, Flame Sensor. Post-clean-up Start-up Operations Good.
Both Furnaces Manufactured In July 2006, Current Filters Still Good, Recommend Change At The End Of The Month.
I Checked The AC System @ Homeowner's Request, Having A Huge Amp Draw On The Condenser Closest To The Disconnect Wall. Amp Draw Is Way Too High For Operating Conditions. The Customer Would Like To Talk To Miguel About Replacement.
