Upon Arrival, I Met With Steven, Who Reported That The AC Was Not Working. I Checked The Thermostat And Set It To Cooling. I Then Located And Inspected The Furnace. Next, I Found The Condenser Outside, Checked The Pressures, And Discovered That The Unit Was Low On Refrigerant. Since The Installation Is Still Under Warranty, I Performed An Electronic Leak Detection And Found A Leak On The Suction Line Where It Connects To The Condenser. I Pumped Down The Unit And Repaired The Leak. After The Repair, I Conducted A Nitrogen Pressure Test, Which Held Successfully. I Then Put The Unit Under A Vacuum, Released The Charge, Added 4-1/2lbs Of R410a And Cycled The Unit. The AC Is Now Operating Properly.
