Breaker Was Not Tripped. Took Apart Switch And Flipped It Multiple Times And Noticed It Was Not Passing Power. After Toggling Switch Power Finally Passed. Furnace Kicked On And Tested Inducer, Blower Overall Amps. Recommended Replacing Switch And Homeowner Declined And Will Be Replacing Himself. Recommended Homeowner Agreement Plan To Prevent Further Issues And Benefits But Homeowner Declined At This Time Also. Collected Residential Diagnostic Fee Through Card On File.

Upon Arrival, Met With Homeowner And Went Over Any Issues With Units. Verified Sequence Of Operations With Both Unit Through Thermostats.
Downstairs Furnace: Inspected Blower Department And Found Loud Noise And Found Blower Wheel Hitting Blower Housing And Noticed Blower Shaft Is Not Spinning Straight And Recommended Blower And Wheel Be Replaced. Continued Inspection To Outside And Found Contractor Out Of Specs And Making Loud Buzzing Noise. Also Recommended Replacement. Tested Put Rest Of Unit And Everything Was Up To Manufacturing Specifications. Homeowner Approved Replacement And We Will Need To Come Back To Replace Parts As Supply Shop Did Not Have Wheel Housing.
Upstairs: Tested Mechanical Components And Refrigerant Levels And Everything Is Up To Manufacturing Specs And Hose Did Not Reach Unit And Will Come Back And Clean Rest Of Unit When We Come Out For Blower Repairs Of Other Unit.
