Upon Arrival, Met With Business Owner And Mentioned How System Last Week Had Failed To Keep Up With Temp. When Arrived To System Thermostat The First Floor Thermostats Were Satisfied Temp. I Put The Temp Slightly Higher To Activate Heat And Tested Manufacturing Specs And Output Specifications. Temps Were Satisfied On Both Thermostat And Cycled Systems Multiple Times And Never Failed During Visit. Filters Are Clean And Temp Difference Was Between Specifications. Continued To Add Condensate Tablets To Condensate Lines As This Is A Common Issue Condensate Lines Build Up. Systems Are Working Appropriately At This Time. Did Not Charge For Tablets As This Should Have Been Added During PM Couple Weeks Ago, But Did Not Have On Truck.

Upon Arrival Discovered Unit Operational But Gas Valve Malfunctioning. Got It To Fail After After The 5th Time. Offered Maintenance On The Furnace To Take The Burners Off And Clean Orfices. After Completion Of The Maintenance The Furnace Was Still Making A Blowing Noise From The Burners And The Gas Valve. The Gas Valve Needs To Be Replaced I Gave Him A Rough Estimate Of Replacing It So He Has An Idea.

Upon Arrival Customer Mentioned That The Furnace Wouldn’t Ignite He Would Hear The Inducer Motor Ramp Up But Then Nothing When I Got Here He Said He Turned Off The Furnace A Couple Times And It Started Working I Found Error Code 228 Calibration Error Not Closing Pressure Switches I Suspect It’s Circuit Board Issue

Upon Arrival Furnace Operations Were Good But The Flame Sensor Was Not Catching Proper Flame Detection & It Was Really Dirty. Also, The Burners Were Not Properly Aligned Causing The Flame Rollout Switch To Open. After Furnace Maintenance, Clean Up & Re-adjusting Position Of Flame Sensor & Burners .furnace Operations Are Good, Flame Sensor Is Getting Proper Micro Amps Based On Manufacturing. Cleaned Up Motor Housing, The Interior Of The Furnace, Flame Sensor, Burner Assembly. Post-clean-up Start-up Operations Good.
